Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Care Manager located in Watford. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of care provided to our clients, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, care planning, implementing and evaluating care plans, supervising and supporting care staff, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves ongoing communication with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Case Management and Social Services skills
• Training and Elder Care skills
• Knowledge of Medicine, with a focus on elderly care
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare or homecare industry is preferred
• Registered Care Manager certification or equivalent qualification
