Your Responsibilities

Strategy & System: Work with the founders and our General Manager on a comprehensive strategy and have the system to support scale BEFORE we go and execute a bunch of stuff. You will work with us to create the 2025 strategy and build & improve the systems.

Youtube Growth: Expand the brands searchability and authority with longform content. You will have the support of a proven youtube framework

  • Youtube research for titles and mockups for thumbnails
  • Engage in a Discord community to get feedback
  • Publish weekly Youtube videos and repurposed content for Instagram and Tiktok, including managing a content calendar
  • KPI: Increase Youtube subscribers by a minimum of 5k within six months

LinkedIn and X Growth: Support the founders to grow their personal brands in the space, with the outcome of lead generation

  • Utilize AI tools and conduct content interviews with internal subject matter experts
  • Publish daily high-performing LinkedIn posts and X threads
  • KPI: Increase LinkedIn followers by a minimum of 10k within six months
  • KPI: Achieve an average engagement rate of 5-8% per post
  • KPI: Achieve a 75%+ content approval rate on first submission.

Provide clear briefs for internal team members, including copywriters, designers, and video editors.

  • KPI: Ensure 100% clarity in briefs with minimal revisions requested by the team.
  • KPI: Deliver all briefs at least 14 days ahead of the production deadline.

Research of content for lead magnets: Create assets to support in paid and organic social media advertising.

  • Create written/visual content for social media giveaways using a fixed framework
  • Supporting with testing new ad creatives/copy/landing pages/creation of new assets, to create new demand

Owned media channel growth: particularly with weekly newsletters

  • KPI: Ensure list growth of at least 2% MoM, to support in lead nurturing for new client acquisition
  • KPI: Ensure 100% factual accuracy of content, working with internal subject matter experts

Monitor key performance metrics: adjusting strategies to ensure continued audience growth and engagement.

  • KPI: Track and report on growth metrics monthly, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • KPI: Achieve an average increase of 15% in post reach over three months.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferable with a track record of growing Youtube accounts from 1k to 10k+ subscribers and LinkedIn personal brands from 5k to 50k+ followers.
  • Deep understanding of Youtube and LinkedIn algorithms, engagement tactics, and content best practices.
  • Experience in content strategy AND execution.
  • Experience creating content eg you can write a LinkedIn post, or create a design asset in Canva
  • Proven systems to create AND distribute content (we don’t want to get stuck on that content creation hamster wheel!)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in content development and production paid media, and social media community management (agency or client side).
  • Experience with social media and influencer publishing, listening, and tracking platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Tagger, or similar).
  • Ability to solve problems and come up with systems to avoid the problem again.

  • No YouTube or LinkedIn experience. You must have experience growing YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
  • You are above getting your hands dirty on execution. You’ll be working with us on copy & design.
  • Social media is just your job. That’s cool, but I’m only looking for obsessed people.

Other Role Details

  • Pay Range: USD $15-25/hr
  • Hours: This is a part-time position
  • Location: We are a 100% remote agency. The founders travel full-time, and it’s cool for you to do that too! Our team members are from around the world, and we make sure we have time when the team overlaps.
  • Professional Development: We are big on professional development, and you’ll be coached by both founders, and our GM, have access to the NLE courses, all the courses we have ever bought (it’s a lot!), and additional coaching or programs as needed. We believe our team are assets to invest in.
  • Report To: You will report to Josh Tay, General Manager and Head of Marketing
  • About Your New Team: We only hire A-players. This means you’ll only work with some of the best in their respective fields. Everyone is hungry to learn and grow, and committed to getting great client results.
