Technical Case Manager – Household – Salary circa £35000
Are you someone who has a good foundation in Household property claims and a keen focus on progressing your technical handling skills and knowledge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Household Case Manager on the Property Major and Complex loss team.
A bit about the job:
Our new colleague will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of large and complex household property claims, handling complex and large property claims over £100K end to end. The role will utilise your technical knowledge, application of the law, understanding of FOS outcomes and our claims philosophies and standards to deliver timely, customer-focussed and cost-efficient outcomes. You’ll be assigned a buddy once you join the team, who will work with you to support you in this new role as you develop your skills and handling ability.
