This role would suit someone who has knowledge of the arcade amusements, strong customer service experience and looking to develop their leadership skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist the Arcade Manager in managing daily operations of the arcade
Maintain arcade games and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
Provide excellent customer service to all arcade visitors
Manage and train arcade staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Person Specification:
Prior experience in a similar role, such as in the retail, hospitality, or leisure industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in leadership and team management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of arcade machines and equipment preferred
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
