Job description

Want to be part of our Commercial team? As our Sales Administrator, you’ll support your Commercial colleagues with various business critical sales administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4 pm and Friday 8 am to 3.30 pm

Location: Greenham Business Park, Thatcham

You will receive:

What you’ll be doing:

Focusing on sales order processing you'll also be overseeing credit control, providing marketing support, and managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders on our ERP and sales systems
  • Maintaining and updating accurate sales and customer records
  • Monitoring late payments and addressing credit inquiries with customers
  • Supporting with the creation of commercial reports
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and trade shows
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative and marketing tasks

About you:

Previous sales office/sales order processing experience, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment, is essential for this role. In addition, you’ll:

  • Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be a confident and effective communicator
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Be PC literate and familiar with using online platforms/CRM/ERP systems
