Mobile Electrician

Strong salary with extensive overtime available.

Covering North Wales and North West of England.

We are now looking for a Mobile Electrician to cover the North East of England, from York to Newcastle. Here you will carry out fixed wired testing.

Here you will carry out electrical testing (EICR) for installations completed by other electricians, and associated remedial/work within commercial buildings, including the completion of NICEIC certification. The role is heavily built out around fixed wire testing.

The customers are within an office and retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.
• Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
• To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work.
• Ensure that all electrical equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
• Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards.

Requirements:

• To be a fully qualified electrician with some maintenance experience ideally.
