About Our Client

Our client is a British universal bank providing support on retail banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking and wealth management. They are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support their Commercial and Technology team.

Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements such as SaaS, software licences.
• Represent the organisation on litigation and regulatory.
• Managing risk and compliance.
• Providing advice to key stakeholders on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Counsel with have 1-5 years PQE but experience working in commercial and tech teams.
