About Vendor Consultant Program
Vendor Consultant Program in Amazon RBS organization is to own operational business metrics and associated tasks for JP AVS vendors. These include business metrics that require minimal financial judgement or commercial negotiations needed. We aim to deliver this through a dedicated team of vendor consultants, who will act as the primary owner of business metrics for their assigned set of vendors. Our primary customer is our vendors, who subscribe to the AVS service with the intent to get a customized service that will augment their growth on Amazon. To be able to delight our customer, we will aim to provide a high-quality service that exceeds our vendor’s expectations by driving their growth on Amazon by improving metric performance.
About the Role
As a Sr. Subject Matter Expert, you will interact directly with Amazon internal customers, as well as global functional teams to build up workflows to improve business metrics for JP AVS vendors, streamline processes, manage requirement changes and provide high-quality service delivery to customers according to requirements and SLAs previously agreed. As a Sr. SME you will focus on building end-to-end solutions and process excellence mechanisms.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience handling projects using six sigma or Lean processes
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in advanced SQL, Python, Tableau
- Experience in e-commerce product listing & catalog
