We're seeking a multiskilled plumber to join the responsive repairs team of a not-for-profit housing association, helping to maintain affordable homes. This multiskilled plumber would need core experience in Plumbing and skills in other trades.

Responsibilities:

• The primary focus of this role will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repairs in residents' properties.
• Achieve first-time fix and deliver high standard workmanship.
• Manage the residents' expectations and ensure to provide a follow-on service.
• Maintain and update PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.
• Core strength trade background in Plumbing with skills in other trades.
• A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required.
• City & Guilds or NVQ in either Plumbing.

Benefits:

The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
