Job description

A large public sector organisation is on the lookout for a Benefits Manager to provide benefits management capability in a large-scale transformational change programme.


Role:
  1. Provide benefits management capability in a large-scale transformational change programme
  2. Provide required benefits management leadership to the programme
  3. Work in Programme Management Office (PMO) environment
  4. Work with and manage a range of benefits management stakeholders
  5. Provide in-house good practice benefits management training to the programme's stakeholders

Key accountabilities:
  1. Review and update Benefits Management Strategy
  2. Review and update Benefits Realisation Plan
  3. Produce benefits realisation performance reports
  4. Review and update benefits management RACI
  5. Establish/validate that the proposed changes will result in the realisation of the intended benefits
  6. Work with Business Change Managers to assess whether changes will realise intended benefits
