Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently during peak hours, managing multiple tables while maintaining a high level of service.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area, ensuring it is ready for service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have extensive experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end or busy restaurant/bar.
- Proactive: Ability to anticipate guest needs and take initiative to enhance the dining experience.
- Efficient: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively under pressure.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional service with attention to detail.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
