Contract Type:Inside IR35 (can consider applicants who are currently permanent with prime suppliers)

Start Date:January - April (depending on candidate availability)

Introduction:

iO Associates is proud to be one of only two suppliers selected to find and place consultants into the technical services lot of a new framework agreement within the UK Security industry. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Managers on behalf of our client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to critical projects that have a significant impact on national security.

About the Role:

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The framework goes live in January and staggered starts are likely in the first few months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Must already hold active eDV Clearance to be considered for the role.
