What You Will Do:

1. Conduct assessments and provide interventions to support the educational, emotional, and social development of children and young people.
2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote inclusive practices and positive outcomes for learners.
3. Offer consultation and advice on a range of issues, such as behaviour management and special educational needs.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve educational provision.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified and registered as an Educational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
2. Extensive experience in delivering psychological services within an educational context.
3. Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to apply a range of psychological theories and frameworks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
5. A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.
