Job Title: Educational Psychologist

Location: Ealing

Contract Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic Educational Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the success and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students to identify their strengths, needs, and barriers to learning.
  2. Develop and implement individualised support plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  3. Provide evidence-based interventions and strategies to address emotional, social, and behavioural issues.
  4. Support the development and delivery of training programs for staff to enhance their understanding and skills in working with students with SEN.
  5. Monitor and review the progress of students, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
  6. Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide policies and practices that promote inclusion and well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Doctorate or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.
  2. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent.
  3. Minimum of two years’ experience working as an Educational Psychologist, preferably within a special educational needs setting.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental and learning disabilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
