Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an Educational Psychologist on behalf of one of our clients. Working together with families, schools, and other professionals, you will evaluate and assist children and adolescents who struggle with behavioural, emotional, and learning issues. You will offer knowledgeable counsel on tactics and interventions to improve every student's educational experience.

What you'll do:

  • To determine emotional challenges and learning demands, perform psychological evaluations.
  • Create and carry out tailored intervention strategies.
  • Work together to establish productive learning environments with educators, parents, and support personnel.
  • Offer educational staff psychological training and direction.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to students who are struggling emotionally or behaviourally.

What we're looking for:

  • A postgraduate degree in educational psychology, or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Preferably, prior experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments.
