Duties of the Educational Psychologist:

• To provide psychological advice and address LA backlog.
• Be able to work to statutory timeframes.
• To promote, develop and secure the highest standard of provision for pupils/students, families and schools.
• To contribute to improving the quality of education and standards of attainment of pupils, especially the vulnerable and disadvantaged.
• To specifically contribute to, and complete, statutory advice as part of the EHCP process.

Requirements for the Educational Psychologist:

• Registered and accredited member of the BACP (Registered Member MBACP (Accred) or Registered Member MBACP (Snr Accred)).
• HCPC registration.
• Recent experience working as a psychologist in the UK.
• Must be able to work face to face with our CYP and complete advice for EHCNAs.
