Educational Psychologist
Advantage Schools Trust is looking for a full-time permanent Education Psychologist to join its school improvement team, to provide support for the schools within the trust.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate – you will be making a real difference to children in our school and the families in our community. You will work under the direction of the school improvement team to provide quality support for children with SEND, including assessment, teacher support, parent meetings, staff training and contribution to SEND team strategy within the MAT. You will work closely with the SENDCOs at each of our 10 academies.
General professional duties
To provide Educational Psychology services to the whole Trust and work as part of the Trust’s school improvement team in accordance with school policies to provide quality support for children with SEND, including assessment, teacher support, parent meetings, staff training and contribution to SEND strategy within the MAT.

Professional Supervision
Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will ensure they have their own professional or clinical supervision, to be organised by the post holder.

Salary: AS 35-40 £45,011-£50,064
Job Role: Permanent, Full time (option of term time and hybrid) Mon-Thu 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
