We are looking for an ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with some experience in accountancy training to join First Intuition Limited. You’ll support level 4 and level 7 programmes for learners taking ACA, CIMA and ACCA professional exams including leading on content updates, assessment marking and online teaching. The roles involve taking responsibility for the content on our online courses, producing written and recorded content, marking assessments and leading the marking team to ensure timeliness, consistency and quality in our marking. You will also do some live online teaching and answer learner queries. You’ll use your skills, experience and passion for education to support the growth of our Education Team.
First Intuition (FI) is a fast-growing premier provider of accountancy training and apprenticeships. FI has centres across the UK and therefore you will be joining a network with over 250 employees supporting over 7,000 students and apprentices.
This role is split between content creation, assessment marking and teaching. We are looking for people who will excel at both delivering written and recorded content and also at teaching online live classes. You must be passionate about helping learners improve performance, which you will do by giving personal, and constructive comments on their assessments and through dealing with their queries appropriately. An attention to detail and ability to follow and develop process is essential. You must also be comfortable with managing and prioritising your own workload to tight, externally driven, deadlines. We don’t expect you to have dealt with content or assessment before, as full training will be given. What we want you to bring is a passion and understanding of what it takes for our learners to pass their professional exams.

We are a flexible employer and therefore will negotiate working days, although the requirements of the roles mean that there are distinct busy periods when full time work will be required.
