  • Provide advice and guidance on improving attendance and overcoming barriers to education.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on attendance and interventions.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the SLT to develop strategies for student well-being and engagement.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people with additional needs.
  • A strong communicator, able to engage effectively with students, families, and professionals.
  • Experienced in working with children or young people, particularly in an SEN or welfare capacity (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative environment with a focus on staff well-being.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • A healthy work-life balance, with flexibility and understanding from the leadership team.
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and their families.
