Location: Westbury, Bristol
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + Additional SEN allowance available
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with special educational needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to enhance student engagement.
• Encouraging the development of social and emotional skills in a supportive environment.
• Working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to undertake relevant training to enhance your support strategies.
