An exciting opportunity has arisen within Curriculum Services. We are seeking to appoint a motivated and knowledgeable individual to the role of Education Services Officer (Curriculum Data).
The Team
We have three teams within Curriculum Services: Curriculum Approval; Curriculum Review and Enhancement; and Curriculum Data. The successful candidate will be situated within Curriculum Data.
The Role
We are currently at a point in which we are transitioning away from our current student record system into a system with new and different functionality, both of which hold extensive curriculum data. We have also introduced a supplementary system that will hold further information about our curriculum, which will support approval and amendment activities for colleagues across the University. As an officer within the Curriculum Data Team, you will have oversight of, and maintain, our curriculum systems, ensuring a high level of data quality is maintained to support downstream processes and systems. You will actively work with colleagues across Professional Services and the wider University to achieve this.
Please note that it is expected that all colleagues carry out cross-team and directorate work as and when required, such as supporting graduations, student enrolment, and clearing.
