Education Recruitment Manager

Position: Recruitment Manager - Education Division

Location: Lincoln, Head Office

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £45k basic plus benefits DOE

Role Overview: We are searching for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our Education division at our Lincoln Head Office. This is a unique start-up opportunity within a trusted recruitment firm, perfect for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Manager with an interest in Primary, Secondary, and SEN education recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, guiding them to achieve revenue targets.
2. Implement and execute a strategic sales approach focused on building strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Education sector.
3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality teachers and support staff to schools, maintaining exceptional client and candidate care.
4. Conduct daily management, training, and regular performance evaluations of your team using KPI metrics.
5. Build and develop a robust candidate database, actively sourcing and matching talent to suitable schools.
6. Oversee compliance and vetting processes, with support from the company's compliance manager.
7. Engage in regular face-to-face school visits, registration of teachers, and organize educational events and activities to foster community engagement.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally within the Education sector.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
3. A proactive approach, with a passion for education and connecting talented professionals with career opportunities.
4. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve measurable results.
