The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves building strong relationships with schools and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with schools, academies, and educational institutions.
  2. Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising and CV screening.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
  5. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
  6. Stay updated on education sector trends and recruitment best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not essential).
  2. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
  6. Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance in education recruitment (desirable).
