GSL Education, a well-established and friendly Teacher and Support Staff Agency, is expanding its presence with a brand-new branch in Canterbury, Kent. We're on the hunt for a dynamic Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions.
2. Source, interview, and place candidates in suitable educational roles.
3. Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within the education sector.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. A passion for education and helping others.
