KM Education Recruitment, established in January 2011, is a specialist recruitment consultancy that exclusively recruits for the Skills and Employability sectors nationally.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and support existing client recruitment.

Education Recruitment Consultant

Location:

Cannock (Office Based)

Salary:

£22,000 – £28,000 Dependent upon experience + Bonus scheme

Job Type:

Full time – Permanent (possibility to accommodate a 4-day week)

What you’ll need:

• Experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within a commercial setting.
• Experience of utilising Job Board search engines to attract talent.
• Experience of telephone screening candidates, objection handling, and discussing all avenues of the opportunity on offer.
• Experience of managing the recruitment journey from initial screening to CV submission, interview, and outcome.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the initiative to manage their own activity.
• Experience of using an ATS system.
