Education Manager

Position: Education Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £30,000+ (Dependent on Experience)
Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced educator with a strong background in quality assurance? Do you have a passion for upholding education standards and ensuring qualifications meet regulatory requirements?

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee & manage the Education and Qualifications team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Ofqual regulations and internal quality assurance processes.
• Provide expert support to training centres, assisting with compliance, audits, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the examination process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Conduct audits & quality checks to uphold the highest education standards.
• Deliver training & support to internal teams and external centres to ensure best practices.

Desired Experience:

• Teaching or Assessor qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS) or (A1, IQA, EQA).
• Experience in education management, quality assurance, or awarding organisations.
• Strong administration, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
