Education Lead at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for an Education Lead to join the Education Team.

The postholder will play a vital role in shaping and advancing our educational vision. This position provides strategic leadership for the Team, steering the creation and execution of an ambitious 3-year Education Strategy aimed at enhancing Hospices’ influence and delivery of palliative and end of life care across the community.

This role supports Hospices’ mission to empower healthcare professionals, volunteers, and the wider community with essential skills and knowledge in palliative and end of life care.

The ideal candidate will hold a teaching qualification, proven study at Masters Level 7, experience in developing and managing a team, and experience in creating and delivering education and training.
