In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. To create, execute and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. Reporting to the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager. Working closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service that is associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.

You will:

• Deliver education expertise within a salon or beauty environment.
• Inspire others to maximize their performance through colour and retail.
• Exhibit flexibility, possess a full driving license, and maintain high standards.
• Utilize proven organizational skills to manage time effectively.
• Travel as required, including staying away from home and potential Sunday travel.
• Set demanding goals focused on quality and attention to detail.
• Keep up with current trends and demonstrate brand awareness.
• Show a passion for haircare and skincare, with an understanding of aesthetic quality.

You have:

• Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in building relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Enthusiasm and ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
