Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform meet and greet duties at the reception, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Assist in the supervision of meetings involving children who are under supervised contact orders, ensuring a safe and supportive setting.
  • Manage the booking system to efficiently arrange meetings and coordinate schedules.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
