Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the editorial process from concept to publication
2. Managing and coordinating a team of writers, designers, and photographers
3. Ensuring all content meets the highest standards of quality and relevance
4. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align editorial content with business objectives
5. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor publications
6. Contributing to content planning and strategy

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1. Proven experience editing lifestyle or premium magazines
2. Hold an NCTJ (National Council for the Training of Journalists) qualification
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
4. Strong leadership and team management abilities
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
