Job: eDiscovery Project Manager
Location: Central London based
Salary Package: £55,000-60,000 + package (+benefits)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead client relationships, drive consultative outcomes, and oversee eDiscovery projects within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
The role is designed for project managers with a strong background in eDiscovery service best practices, who possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to complex client challenges.

Key Responsibilities for the eDiscovery Project Manager:
- Lead remote forensic collection processes, ensuring secure, defensible, and compliant data acquisition.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive forensic documentation to support audit trails and defensibility.
- Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, including scope, resources, timelines, and risks.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing expert advice on forensic collection and eDiscovery best practices.
- Oversee the integration of forensic data into RelativityOne, ensuring smooth workflows for data processing and review.
- Collaborate with legal teams, IT professionals, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Stay up to date with advancements in forensic tools, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards and provide training on forensic collection processes and RelativityOne features.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of eDiscovery experience, with a strong focus on forensic collection.
- Expertise in remote forensic collection methodologies and defensible documentation.
- Deep knowledge of the EDRM, forensic principles, and legal procedures.
- Certifications in forensic collection tools or methodologies are highly desirable.
- RelativityOne certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator) .
- Proficiency in RelativityOne workflows, data analytics, and TAR (Technology-Assisted Review).
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
