Quick Food Products Ltd, Home of The Original Patty Company are a small family business making large waves nationally in the UK food industry. We have grown six-fold in a short number of years, and are looking for a Recruitment & Sales Admin Assistant to help our team push the business to the next level.
This is a general recruitment/sales role and will suit someone with previous experience within these areas who is keen to develop their career.
Versatility is key for this position as the ideal candidate will be expected to work in different areas of the business in addition to Recruitment & Sales including marketing and food hygiene. However, full training will be provided so we are not expecting you to be proficient in all areas. What is important is that you are eager to learn, progress in your career and learn all aspects of the business.
Essential Requirements:

Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Hold a Full UK Driving License
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
Experience using social media automation tools
Experience taking photos/videos and basic editing
Experience working in the food industry
Your Job Role Will Mainly Involve:
Occasionally being involved with our kiosk in Bullring shopping centre (working with Manager)
Actively looking for new retailers for us to expand and increase sales
Dealing with any recruitment needs
Attending any events that we do throughout the year (this could include weekend work & outside Wolverhampton)
Working with the manager and team with the Food Hygiene & Safety side of the business
Assisting with the purchasing of business items needed
Assisting with Social Media activities
Actively looking into ways Marketing in the business can be improved
