We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Head Coach to take the reins at Go Tennis, a thriving, independent coaching programme with two fantastic venues (six courts, all floodlit) and a strong player base across juniors, adults, and schools.

Person specification

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced tennis coach to lead and grow our coaching programme. The ideal candidate will be:

• LTA Level 3 (or above) qualified – or working towards it.
• Experienced in coaching all ages and abilities – from tots to competitive players.
• A great communicator – engaging, approachable, and able to inspire players.
• Reliable and organised – able to manage sessions, bookings, and private clients.
• Proactive and independent – with the freedom to shape your own coaching career.
• Enthusiastic about growing tennis – helping to build a strong club community.
