Investment Banking Analyst and Associate, Natural Resources M&A – US investment Bank

We are now working with a very successful US investment bank.

They are looking to recruit an Analyst Associate into their London Natural Resources M&A team. This team advises companies in the metals and mining, oil and gas and chemicals sectors.

The role will focus on:

1. Leading the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.
2. Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information.
3. Deal Structuring.
4. Active member of the M&A team.

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

• Background in investment banking, M&A or Big Four M&A/ corporate finance advisory.
• Natural resources experience is useful although not essential for the role.
