Job Summary:
We are seeking driven and motivated Commission-Only Sales Agents to join our care recruitment team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and matching skilled care professionals with care providers throughout the UK. This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for those who are ambitious and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively generate new business leads and secure contracts with care providers (care homes, nursing homes, domiciliary care agencies, etc.).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
3. Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
4. Match suitable candidates with client requirements, coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and placements.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maximize business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or business development (preferably within the care or healthcare sector).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools is an advantage.
6. Ability to work remotely with a high level of autonomy.
