Role Description
This is a full-time role as the Head of Care at Central & Southern Homes located in Exeter. The Head of Care will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's homes, ensuring the well-being and safety of the residents, managing the care staff, and implementing care plans for each individual. This role involves working closely with the team to create a nurturing and supportive environment for the children and young people in the homes.
