Wollens have a vacancy for a Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Residential Conveyancer with experience and a good knowledge of a range of residential property transactions. The role could be based in any of the firm’s 3 offices – Torquay, Exeter or Barnstaple.

You will deal with a very busy caseload of domestic property work. The successful applicant will have experience of handling a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership and transfer of equity and will be capable of working in a busy team. If you do have a specialist area within residential property then we would look to accommodate that. We are looking for a forward-thinking lawyer, who is not only technically competent, able to run their own caseload but also possesses networking skills and an interest in business generation and development.
