Site Supervisor - Bracknell

Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements; however, the workstream will vary depending on the contract.

Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

No home-working.

Value of sites ranging from circa £8k - £150k.

Reporting to Contracts Manager and/or Senior SM.

Responsible for:

1. Arranging scaffolding
2. Asbestos removals
3. Liaising with clients
4. Weekly/monthly reports

Must be IT literate (Using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture).

A roofing bias would be preferred.

Experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred.

Required qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
