PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT
Location: London, UK or Geneva
2 days onsite per week
A market leading and global CPG company is hiring for a new Principal Enterprise Architect.
As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will shape the future of IT at this leading CPG organisation, driving global innovation and transformation across all technology platforms. You will be a visionary leader who:
- Architects the system landscape to support the transformation into a multi-category organisation
- Works with IT Technology Platform Leaders and Domain Architects to create flexible, robust architecture
- Translates strategies from different regions, categories, and functions into a unified technology roadmap
- Guides key technology transformation initiatives and influences crucial decision-making processes
- Co-leads the architecture community of practice and provides expert advice to stakeholders
- Helps build a high-performing team through leadership and mentorship
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Architecture experience with a proven track record in complex transformations
- Ability to engage effectively at Director/VP level with strong grasp of business and technology strategy
- Extensive knowledge across architectural domains (data technology, system integration, application modularisation)
- Strong understanding of Consumer/Commercial and Operations domains
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with architecture industry standards and tools (TOGAF, PRINCE, ITIL, LeanIX) is advantageous
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and Life Sciences sectors is a plus
