Full-Time Key Stage Two (KS2) Teacher

Location: Cambridge

Salary: 165 - 223 per day

Randstad is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Key Stage Two (KS2) Teacher to join a passionate team, working with children aged 7-11 in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. This full-time position, starting ASAP and running until the end of the academic year, offers the opportunity to shape the academic journey of young learners. You'll deliver high-quality lessons that foster growth, creativity, and progress, playing a pivotal role in ensuring each child reaches their potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver interactive lesson plans that engage students and meet curriculum standards
2. Create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that supports all learners
3. Inspire students to reach their full potential through effective teaching strategies
4. Maintain positive classroom behaviour and create a space conducive to learning
5. Monitor student progress and work closely with parents to ensure their development

What We're Looking For:

1. Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one)
3. A dynamic, student-centered teaching style
4. A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum
5. Must be eligible to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
