They are looking for a Personal Assistant on a 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover, supporting the COO and other members of the SLT.
Job Description
Diary Management for the COO and other members of the SLT
Arranging travel for members of the SLT
Acting as Personal Assistant to members of the SLT
Handling tasks such as photocopying, presentations, answering phone calls, typing and finalizing documents, and managing expenses
Covering other support team roles when required, such as reception duties
Organizing team communications
Liaising with external stakeholders and clients
The Successful Applicant
Degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work towards deadlines
Proactive approach and strong work ethic
Advanced proficiency in MS Suite and strong PA experience
Multi-tasker
