HR Officer (Maternity Cover - 13 Months)

Location : Canterbury

Status : Fixed Term (13 months)

Salary : £25,000 gross per annum (FTE)

The HR Officer will provide an effective and efficient Recruitment & Onboarding, Contracting and General HR service to the organisation.

The Role

Responsibilities

The post holder will proactively assist with the development and achievement of the HR and Organisational Goals by providing a professional and supportive administrative function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR and Administration
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Recruitment Management
  • Contract Management
  • HR Systems

Working Arrangements

This role is offered on a 35 hours per week basis, Monday to Friday and is based at Pilgrims Hospice Canterbury site.


About You

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Significant experience within an administration role
  • Significant experience of recruitment administration
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • A good standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work
