NEW ROLE – PRODUCTION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – TRAVEL CLIENT!

I am looking for a production operations coordinator to work with a well-known travel brand.

You will be working on experiences production in the supply team, supporting production operations. You will be focused on really building out the end-to-end workflow internally for production for a specific experience they are producing.

The software you will use will be Salesforce and Airtable.

As an element of this is managing host listings and guest communications, you will need great verbal and written communication skills.

Need an understanding of event production dependencies.

You will be coordinating the production of experiences similar to small events.

Having worked in a creative agency focused on event production would be a huge plus for this client!

Majority remote, with about 10-15% travel required.

Languages required: fluent in English and French or Italian.

ASAP start. Hourly rate: £20/hour (inside IR35). 4 MONTH CONTRACT.
