Job description
W.E Marson are recruiting for an experienced bench joiner / Cabinet maker to work within a team manufacturing laboratory grade furniture.
Key role and responsibilities for bench joiner / Cabinet maker / Machine operator:
- A good knowledge of hand and power tools
- Be able to work within a team and take instruction
- Be able to read drawings and understand detail
- Problem solve and work to a deadline
Minimum requirements for bench joiner / Cabinet maker / Machine operator:
- Experience required in this field of work
- References from previous employment
- To be able to work with a team and get on with other employees
W.E Marson are a family run business and have been manufacturing laboratory furniture for over 122 years. We have a strong client base working in the world's leading pharmaceutical and educational sectors.
What we offer for bench joiner / Cabinet maker / Machine operator:
- £15.50 per hour start rate this will go up after the 3 month probation is complete
- Overtime will be available paid at time and a half and is regularly available
- Paid holiday
- Friendly work atmosphere with good approachable staff
