HVAC Supervisor (office and hands on)

£57k per annum & vehicle/ fuel card, package & bonus

London (office in Hemel area, contracts across Hertfordshire, Bucks & North London)

A leading HVAC Company established for over 50 years has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic sectors. They currently have a key requirement for an experienced HVAC Supervisor located in Hemel, overseeing a team of 8 engineers covering Hertfordshire, Bucks, and some London contracts.

As an Air Conditioning Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing a team of 8 engineers
2. Client meetings and engineer reviews
3. Hands-on assistance with repair and maintenance of air conditioning systems within commercial environments
4. Mentoring improvers and apprentices

Requirements for the HVAC Supervisor:

1. NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum
2. Full UK driving license
3. Commercial engineering experience prior to supervisory/management experience
4. Experience overseeing an air conditioning team
5. Must be within commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead
