WorkPac are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter specialising in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy machinery and equipment.

• Regional NSW - Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter

• $85.00 p/hour

About Our Client

Are you a Heavy Diesel Fitter seeking a DIDO with a 7/7 roster? Multiple roles are available at an Open Cut Coal Mine near Mudgee, NSW, rotating between day and night shifts.

What You Will Be Doing

Onsite workshop role completing maintenance, servicing and repairs of mining equipment such as:

• Excavators
• Graders
• Loaders

What You Will Need

• 1 Year minimum in a similar role in a mine site workshop
• Relevant Trade Qualification (non-Australian Trade Certs may be considered UK/NZ)
• Current Drivers Licence with reliable transport
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Working Safety at Heights & Confined Spaces would be desirable
• Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
