Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role and familiar with Salesforce Lightning.

Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools and familiar with SOQL queries.

Experience with installing and maintaining Salesforce AppExchange products.

Analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions about Salesforce optimization.

Experience working with SCRUM teams and Agile practices.

Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
