Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Dental Nurse/Receptionist at Southcliff Dental Group, located in Brighton. The Trainee Dental Nurse/Receptionist will be responsible for assisting with dental care procedures, adhering to infection control protocols, and performing decontamination processes. The role also includes managing orthodontic tasks, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and handling administrative duties such as phone calls and patient records.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Dentistry, Dental Care, and Orthodontics
• Understanding of Infection Control and Decontamination procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Relevant certification or training in dental nursing is a plus
