Contract Manager (Part-time, 3 days per week, initially)

My client is a high-growth health innovation company who are seeking a part-time Contract Manager to join their lean legal team.

This role would work closely with the Operations Team and support the Chief Operating Officer, who would provide this person with a lot of autonomy.

The role would suit someone who really knows their way around a contract, is proactive and willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in lots of areas. You will be someone who can influence and implement change in a small business and really partner with the COO to put these changes into place to improve efficiencies. You will need to be able to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities

• Contract review – managing risk and ensuring contracts are in the best interests of the business
• Statements of Work, MSAs, standard rate cards, new client onboarding, NDAs, third party questionnaires, looking after contractors, pushing training through, etc.
• Negotiation level support – you will be a key point of contact in the business if anyone has a question.
• Assisting with implementation of a CRM platform and improving efficiencies

They are based in Central London and the hybrid working model requires 1-2 days in the office each week.
