Job description

We have a new opportunity for the right individual to join our retail sales team, as a Retail Assistant, in one of our Bakery shops in Dunfermline.

Permanent contract

Hours: from 17 to up to 35 hours available

Pay: from £8.75 - £11.64 per hour

What You’ll Do

1. Our retail assistants’ most important role is to provide excellent service to our amazing customers, every time. That might be serving their favourite hot pie, filling one of our award winning morning rolls with the filling of their choice, boxing up a selection of cakes for them, along with a coffee to accompany it.
2. Provide the customer with a great shopping experience every time so they will keep coming back! This might include answering any queries they may have and having a good gab with them!
3. Our team work a combination of morning, afternoon and late afternoon shifts across the week, rotas are drawn up in advance so you can plan your time too.
4. As well as serving our customers, you would also help to set up our display cabinets, put away deliveries, prepare salad and roll fillings, clean, restock and rotate.
5. All our shops support each other, so you may be asked to provide occasional cover in another local shop too.
